Peru Organic Sol & Café Arabica
A special new organic Peruvian coffee comes to us from the Sol & Café Cooperative in Cajamaca, Peru. This dark, rich, slightly spicy coffee is certified organic and Fair Trade. It's one of the finest taste profiles we have had yet from Peru! Grown at extreme high altitude and very dense Strictly Hard Bean coffee.
We have a special intro price on this unique coffee, and we hope to be able to continue to source it through the coming year. It will replace our Quellerno Peru coffee as we run out of those microlots we have been carrying for 4 years.
8 oz roasted coffee, please select drip grind or whole bean.

The Araku Valley of India
India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
