Uganda Sipi Falls Organic Arabica

Another amazing Uganda origin from our favorite region of Mt. Elgon! Strong dark-chocolatey profile with notes of raisin and vanilla. A really unique combination of Blue Mountain and Bourbon subspecies, grown at similar high altitudes to Blue Mountain origin in Jamaica.

Cupping scores high on body and natural sweetness and low on acidity, which is unusual for African coffee... no doubt due to the genes of the Blue Mountain and Bourbon subspecies, both lower in acid than most Arabicas.
