In the countryside of Vietnam, fire-roasting coffee over an open pit is tradition. There is nothing that equals the taste of this fresh-air method of roasting beans!
Now that we are heading into winter, our ability to fire roast outdoors is spotty, so most of our fire roast coffees will be out of stock during times of inclement weather.
