World Bus Tour 4 oz - Bolivia AproCafe Arabica
Our World Bus Tour strapped on pontoons and drove across the Atlantic Ocean and then drove on up to La Paz, Bolivia, because we had heard some great things about coffee produced by the grower-owned co-op AproCafe. This group of farmers sun-dries their beans for best flavor, and primarily grow Catuai and Caturra varieties. The coffee cherries are highly selected and the beans are clean and robust. We like them best in this Special Dark roast level. We have used this roast temperature (464F) for our St. Domingos and Vietnamese Bourbon dark roasts, it is a few degrees short of a full dark roast.
The farmers at AproCafe love visitors, so be sure to hop off the bus for their coffee festival and see some wonderful period architecture in the quaint small mountain town of Apolo, La Pasz
Notes of brown sugar, red apple and mandarin orange.
Don't miss the bus!
4 ounce Gold Bag intro special. Please choose whole bean or drip grind.
