Brazil Cerrado Terra Roxa Coffee - Sale
The World Wide Fund for Nature named the Cerrado the biologically richest savanna in the world. These varieties of Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai and Acaia have their rich flavor enhanced by the region’s Terra Roxa (Red Earth) soil.
Grown on multiple farms at altitudes of about 3000', these varieties are artfully combined to make an exceedingly rich, versatile coffee. We love these beans in every roast we have tried, but we have settled on a two-temperature combination of Full City and City Roast together, and we label it Medium Roast because that is the dominate flavor profile. Notes of chocolate, walnut, vanilla.
Top Chef Angelo Sosa choose this coffee from us to serve at his new breakfast restaurant in the Hyatt Indian Wells Resort in California. It's just that good!
