Roast Level Chart - Your guide to roast levels - FREE
Ever notice that nobody agrees on the designations for roasting levels? Confused by "City++" and "Euro Roast" and all the crazy names? This simple color chart shows the popular roast levels from Blonde (Cinnamon) through French Roast, with the most common names and approximate comparable temperatures commercial roasters use.
The front shows the 7 most common levels in color chip format. The backside shows beans of different roast levels and a brief discussion of terms like "Harlequin" and "Chocolate Roast" and the common taste characteristics of different roast levels.

We want everybody to have one, so that they can compare the roast levels of all coffee they may buy with this industry-standard chart. These days, roasters have pretty much tossed previous conventions out the window, labeling Light Roasts as Dark and such. Not us. We have the odd notion that Light is Light and Dark is Dark. It's good to have a true reference on hand :-)
