Uganda Bugisu Arabica
Uganda is one of the earliest regions to grow specialty coffee. This estate-grown coffee has an interesting taste profile we can't really compare. It's delightful, with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and cream. It is grown at high altitude and fully washed during processing and then sun-dried on raised beds.
8 ounces, please choose whole bean or drip grind. City roast - one full step lighter than medium. Len's favorite City Roast coffee at the moment...

The Araku Valley of India
India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
