Saigon DeCaf #1 - for Restaurants and Cafés

We were commissioned by a resort restaurant to create a DeCaf version of our "power" espresso developed for cafés and coffee shops. It is patterned after a popular restaurant coffee called Espresso #1 sold by Trung Ngyuen until 2009. We have recreated this formula because of popular demand.

This is a triple-temperature roast of 2 natural-process bean origins. Our crafted roasts result in decaf like most people have never had before. We specialize in creating decaf coffees that customers cannot distinguish from premium Arabica non-decafs in blind taste tests. This makes it possible for you to proudly offer specialty decaf coffee drinks in the evening and create a new revenue source!

While this blend was created for espresso, it makes a wonderful house coffee drip brew or Café Sua Da in phin delivery. We are the only coffee company in America at the moment that offers a true Vietnamese-style coffee in decaf!

We ship this coffee in whole bean only, in multiples of 17 pounds that ship economically by UPSP or UPS Ground. Roasted to order, please allow 2-3 business days for production.

Notes: chocolate, whiskey and caramel.

The Araku Valley of India

India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
