Free sample bag of Ethiopia Kembata Espresso!

In the coffee industry we're always looking for those rare Ethiopian coffees with the wonderful blueberry notes. This Kembata coffee is sun-dried with the fruit on, giving it extraordinary depth, strength, strong fruity notes of both blueberry and strawberry, with a hint of chocolate on the back palate. We generally don't create single-origin espressos, because blends are usually fuller and more satisfying as espresso, but our source for this coffee recommended strongly we try it as espresso, too. After fiddling and diddling we arrived at what we feel is the optimal temperature and time for this puppy. 

The berry notes are reduced somewhat in our espresso roast profile, but still give a strong fruity accent to what is just a wonderfully rich coffee with initial bite and round, satisfying profile that takes your tastebuds on a pleasure cruise.
