Saigon Gold Vietnamese Coffee Kit

For almost a decade we have had many people tell us the Saigon Gold is the best coffee they have ever had. How fitting then to create a Vietnamese coffee kit around a 12-oz bag of Saigon Gold with an 8-ounce stainless Phin filter and genuine Longevity sweetened condensed milk!

Saigon Gold is our opus magnum -- a rich, smooth, chocolatey coffee that is reminiscent of the Vietnamese "Weasel" (civet) Coffee that helped put Vietnamese coffee on the world culinary map. Our base is a high-altitude (6000'+) honey-process Arabica with Vietnamese Peaberry Robusta and a touch of Catimor. This kit comes with a larger-than usual 8-ounce lifetime warranty stainless Phin filter, genuine Longevity milk and our simple pictorial instructions that show anybody how easy it is to make genuine Café Sua Da at home. Any coffee lover will appreciate this thoughtful gift :-)

Kit comes packaged in a 10" x 8" x 3" white box with a decorative label on the top. You can easily gift wrap it or select our gift wrap options below. The Saigon Gold is packed in our new zipper-close gold pouches that have a very cool appearance and a practical side - the zipper keeps the bag fresh till the end, and the pouch is re-usable!

The Araku Valley of India

India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
