JAZ Improv : Fundo Bocanegra Stout Coffee

With a name like Fundo Bocanegra Stout, it has to be good! But seriously, we have been working with craft beer brewers in supplying them with coffee to make COFFEE BEER, and we figured the buttery, caramelly elements of Stout beer go so well with coffee... why not go the other way and make a BEER COFFEE? And we're glad we did, it has been received really well at our take-out shop and people would like to see us keep it around.

The base coffee comes from a super-high altitude small farm in Peru in Callao, Bocanegra. This is a mellow coffee, very balanced and having a wonderful aroma, and that makes it a good base to use with extra-dark stout craft beer. We've added in a small percentage of Liberica and Robusta to give it a full palate and universal appeal.
