Vietnamese Coffee Kits contain everything you need for an authentic Vietnamese-style coffee, just like if you were sitting in a beautiful cafe in Vietnam. Each kit contains:

  1. Coffee grown in Vietnam, Bourbon Arabica, Highland Robusta, Catimor.
  2. A Vietnamese Phin coffee filter/brewer, the authentic single-cup coffee maker as used in cafes and homes all over Vietnam
  3. Sweetened condensed milk, necessary for serving the coffee in "cafe sua da" style

India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
