Vietnamese Dried Ginger

Clean, delicious, all-natural dried ginger is versatile for use as tea and in cooking. Stores well and imparts its flavor into hot water quickly. Less bite than many gingers, and very refreshing.

We will be offering this ginger in many forms - as little nuggets, and in pre-made teabags, but we haven't had the time to work these versions up yet. So we are just offering these dried pieces as a perfect spice addition to recipes or simple brewing in a teacup.

3 ounce re-sealable pouch.

  1. 5 Star Review Fragrant

This ginger has a more floral forward scent adding a wonderful aroma to a cup of lemon ginger tea.

  2. 5 Star Review Wonderfully scented ginger

This ginger is beyond what I expected, love it! So far used in a tea, tincture, stir-fry cooking, and baking - it handles them all and keeps on packing a scented but not sharp ginger punch!

The Araku Valley of India

India's coffee tradition goes back 400 years or more, when a variety called Kent was first established in the Southern Hills. Arabicas predominated until the blight of 1870, when growers needed to hybridize to resistant varieties. The resultant strains had genes from Liberica and other unique, resistant species.
